1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AlphaChart Pro (the "Service"), an AI-powered chart analysis platform. By creating an account, uploading a chart, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. What AlphaChart Pro Is — and Is Not

AlphaChart Pro analyses chart screenshots and produces structured technical commentary: directional bias, market regime, entry zones, stop-loss levels, take-profit targets, risk-to-reward ratios, and invalidation scenarios.

The Service is an informational and educational tool only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate and current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Plans, Payments, and Access

Analysis capacity depends on your plan. New accounts receive 2 free analyses. Paid plans grant a fixed number of analyses (or unlimited analyses on the annual plan) for the duration of the subscription.

Payments are made manually in USDT on the TRC20 network to the wallet address shown in the app. To activate a plan you must submit the transaction ID (TxID) and a screenshot of the payment, which an administrator reviews manually. Plans are activated after verification.

• Send only USDT on the TRC20 network. Funds sent on any other network or in any other currency may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
• The amount, the wallet address, and the network shown in the checkout are the only valid payment details — always confirm them inside the app before sending.
• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable, and access expires at the end of the purchased period.
• Submitting a false or altered TxID or payment proof may result in permanent suspension of your account.
• We may change plan prices and analysis limits going forward. Changes never reduce the capacity of an already-paid period.

5. Refunds

Because analysis capacity is delivered immediately upon activation and consumed on demand, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly through the contact page and we will review the case.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable financial regulation;
• Attempt to bypass analysis limits, quotas, authentication, or payment verification;
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service or its outputs, or use automated tools to generate analyses at scale;
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly republish the analysis reports as your own product or service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the models, prompts, or source code underlying the Service;
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the chart images you upload and of the notes and outcomes you record. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service — including generating your analysis and keeping your history available to you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.

8. AI Output — No Guarantee

Analysis is generated by artificial intelligence models and is probabilistic in nature. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on a misreading of the chart. Levels may be rounded, and the model may not account for news, liquidity, or market conditions visible only in real time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, analysis formats, prompts, and underlying models, is owned by AlphaChart Pro and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service — not ownership of it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be correct or profitable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaChart Pro and its team shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or submit fraudulent payment information. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
